WAR maximum 59 Level 20:00h Thursday - Standart WAR
WAR minimum 60 Level 20:00h Friday - Standart WAR

WAR minimum 60 Level 21:00h Sunday - /If all Warders and The Keeper are killed only the nation with the most kills will be allowed to invade the opposite nation./

Increases the success rate of upgrading ENHANCEMENT weapons with 100%success rate up to +20, then has higher success rate(better than other scrolls) to upgrade from +21 to +31
